The top floor of the Graphic Centre in Loop Street was converted into two luxury penthouse apart-ments. Both made almost exclusive use of timber flooring installed on battens and included steps and clad risers to an elevated level.

The one unit was finished in Merbau and the second in Brazilian Walnut – both proved to be perfect comp-liments to the majestic views from these apartments.
